The compliance backbone of every shipment.
SDS on every product. COA on every shipment. Hazmat-qualified across all carriers. Vendor qualification documented per supplier. The unglamorous discipline that separates a trading firm from a broker.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Every chemical in our catalog has a current Safety Data Sheet available on request. SDS documents include identification, hazards, composition, first aid, fire-fighting, accidental release, handling, exposure controls, physical and chemical properties, stability, toxicology, ecological information, disposal, transport, and regulatory information per GHS standards.
- ◢ SDS provided in English, with translations available on request
- ◢ GHS Rev. 9 compliant formatting
- ◢ Reviewed and updated on regulatory changes
- ◢ Document version control with effective dates
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A current Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment leaving our warehouses. The COA documents the specifications of the actual lot shipped — purity, assay, particle size, moisture, and other critical parameters relevant to that chemical and grade.
- ◢ Lot-specific COA per shipment, not generic spec sheets
- ◢ Retained samples held for 24 months minimum
- ◢ Re-testing available for buyers requiring secondary verification
- ◢ Custom spec sheets supported for buyer-defined parameters
Hazmat Shipping
We are qualified to handle DOT-regulated hazardous materials shipping across all carriers in our freight network. Hazmat-qualified chemicals in our catalog include calcium bromide solutions (Class 8 corrosive) and other regulated materials. Each hazmat shipment is documented per DOT, IATA, and IMDG requirements as applicable.
- ◢ DOT-qualified for ground, ocean, and rail hazmat freight
- ◢ Hazmat-trained employees and contractor partners
- ◢ Proper UN packaging for all regulated chemicals
- ◢ Emergency response phone available 24/7 for shipments in transit
Regulatory Awareness
Our compliance posture covers the major regulatory frameworks relevant to chemical trade: FDA (for food and pharmaceutical-grade materials), EPA (for chemicals subject to TSCA and FIFRA), DOT (for transport), USDA (where applicable), and the relevant international frameworks for cross-border shipments.
- ◢ FDA GRAS, USP, and FCC documentation on food-grade materials
- ◢ TSCA inventory status verified for chemical imports
- ◢ EU REACH registration status maintained for European trade
- ◢ Customs compliance for U.S., Canadian, Indian, and UAE jurisdictions
Vendor Qualification
Every supplier we work with goes through a documented qualification process before first shipment. This includes specification review, sample testing, facility audit (where feasible), regulatory documentation review, and capacity verification. Suppliers are re-qualified annually, and underperforming suppliers are removed from our roster.
- ◢ Documented qualification record per supplier
- ◢ Initial sample testing before first commercial shipment
- ◢ Annual supplier re-qualification reviews
- ◢ Backup supplier identified for every critical SKU
- ◢ Direct quality escalation channel to each supplier
Quality Assurance Process
Internal QA processes operate across our entire supply chain. Pre-shipment samples are reviewed at origin (Ahmedabad or supplier-direct), retained samples are held at receiving (Long Beach, Houston, Dubai) for cross-verification, and any quality variances trigger documented escalation through our Houston operations team.
- ◢ Pre-shipment sampling at origin
- ◢ Retained samples at receiving hubs
- ◢ Documented variance escalation process
- ◢ Customer complaint and corrective action tracking
- ◢ Annual internal QA audit
